Why it is necessary to involve technologists
at the early stages of pool design
As a result, we help sort out all the nuances of pool construction already at the early stages of design. For example, we can clarify the client's preferences in the pool's visual and functional components. How to correctly determine the pool's building footprint and the dimensions of the basin structures. Then we determine the sizes of technical rooms and compensating tanks.

At later stages we will calculate the loads on the electrical networks, water supply, heating and sewage. We will advise where niches and passages for utilities should be provided when designing adjacent sections so that you have no remaining questions
Our work — Your confidence
Why companies choose us for pool design
10 years of experience in the construction industry
During this time we have designed and built more than 30 projects. From small private to large public pools. This allows us to foresee in projects those details that “theorists” may not notice. To take into account not only certain parameters and dimensions, but also to think through the convenience of installation, service logistics and maintenance.
Compliance with rules and regulations
In our work we strictly comply with all current norms and professional standards, including applicable GOST, SanPiN, and SP. When developing projects we pay special attention to safety, the reliability of structures, and the efficiency of all engineering systems. We strive to ensure that each project is not only technically correct but also convenient to implement and maintain.
Types of work
We perform when designing swimming pools
Our works
Public swimming pool on the island of Bali.
The pool is 40 meters long, divided into two main areas: children's and common. The total area is over 300 sq. m.
Hotel in Bali
Tasks completed during the design process:

  • Section EP. The concept for the pool's internal layout was developed, including depths, sun lounger space in the water, benches, stairs, and the location of the attractions. A preliminary visualization of the pool was completed. The visualization was created in Sketchup.

  • Section AR. The construction of a separate technical room was approved. The placement of expansion tanks under the pool was approved.

  • Section TX. The TX section was developed. All drawings, footnotes, explanations, and specifications were bilingual. Equipment from the local Indonesian market was used in the development. Specifications were issued for connecting utilities to the technical room, and gravity-fed emergency overflows from the expansion tanks were designed in collaboration with NVK designers. The specifications for piping, fittings, and cable products take into account the local Indonesian market.

  • Section EOM. Developed in a format accepted in Indonesia and understandable to on-site contractors.
Swimming pools for a country recreation center, consisting of two separate pools. The total area of the Children's and Common pools is over 300 m².

The initial data only specified the location and approximate dimensions.
Glamping
Problems solved during the design process:

  • Section EP. The concept for the pool's internal layout was developed, including depths, space for sun loungers in the water, benches, stairs, and the location of the attractions. Visualizations of the pools in the surrounding environment were created. The visualizations were presented in the form of scenes and two "video flights." Day and night versions.

  • Section AR. The areas of the technical rooms were increased and approved. The placement of expansion tanks under the existing terraces was approved. A separate room for the attraction pumps was approved.

  • Section TK. Section TK has been developed. Specifications have been issued for connecting utilities to the utility room. Gravity-based emergency overflows from expansion tanks were designed in collaboration with NVK designers.

  • Section KS. Documentation has been issued based on the geology and basin layout, including excavation work.

  • Section EO. Designed taking into account the location and loads of equipment in the utility room. Also included are pool basin lighting, lighting, and drainage for additional rooms.
Swimming pool renovation in a preschool institution
Radumlya Village, Moscow Region
Kindergarten
About the project
A swimming pool renovation project has been completed for a preschool institution in Radumlya Village (Moscow Region).
The design complied with all current sanitary and building codes, taking into account the specifics of pool use by children.

Key Solutions
Technology Section — Water Treatment Technology
Filtration System — Filter with Increased Load and Automatic Backwash
A professional UV water treatment system, selected based on the required capacity, was implemented.
The piping layout was optimized, ensuring efficient circulation and ease of maintenance.
An EOM section with detailed wiring diagrams for the backwash control automation was also completed.

Design Features
A reasonable expansion of the technical room was agreed upon and implemented, allowing for equipment placement in accordance with regulations and operating requirements.

Pipelines were relocated within the insulation of the floor slab under the pool basin, improving the layout and preserving the architectural space of the room.

Results
The project passed state expert review and ensured increased efficiency of the water treatment system, ease of equipment maintenance, and full compliance with sanitary requirements for childcare facilities.
The pool was designed for a country house and is located in a separate room.
Private Pool 10x4
The project includes several attractions, including hydromassage areas and a counter-current system. At the client's request, a roller covering was added to the project.
In addition to the pool itself, a technical room was designed and redesigned several times.

Swimming Pool Water Treatment System Project
A comprehensive water treatment project has been developed for eight swimming pools at the "City Resort" thermal complex.
The pools vary in type and purpose: from children's pools 0.3 m deep to adult pools 1.3 m deep, with sizes ranging from 3 x 6 m to 38 x 16 m.

The complex features over 40 water attractions, including waterfalls, hydromassage, aeromassage, a lazy river, and more.

Pool Types
  • Large-volume freshwater pools (38 x 16 m)
  • Low-mineralization pools
  • High-salt pools — "Dead Sea"
  • Cold, warm, and "clay" pools

Design Features
  • Work within an existing building, with restrictions on equipment placement and piping
  • Coordination of process equipment with two domestic manufacturers
  • Development of technical specifications for the manufacture of galvanized steel pool basins
  • Preparation of a complete electrical and mechanical documentation package: specifications for panel assembly and electrical installation

Collaboration and Implementation
  • Continuous interaction with the Client's Chief Project Engineer and the installation company
  • Redesign during construction at the Client's request
  • Development of a structural design section for metal structures of walkways and stairs

Result
The project was supported throughout all stages of construction. A complete set of as-built documentation for all sections has been prepared for the Client's technical supervision.
The facility has been successfully commissioned.
